POSITION DESCRIPTION
	Job Category : Permanent Location : Head Office - Bin Qasim Job Specifications : Age --------------------- 32 years (Max) : Education -------------- B.E. (Auto, IM, Mech) : Experience ------------- 02 - 03years (Min) : Gender ----------------- Male / Female Core Responsibilities 1) Perform Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) activities  by adopting different techniques 2) Perform the activities of sample development of VA/VE  part with concerned department 3) Perform price finalization activities with vendors in coordination with concerned department for cost down 4) Perform the process audit activities of local vendorized parts 5) Ensure timely implementation of VA/VE proposals as per plan 6) Perform the source standardization activities of local vendor’s material 7) Perform and manage tooling change assessment for cost down  purpose. 8) Improving and Upgrading relevant processes by identifying and removing their problems to achieve cost down benefit. 9) Act as system improvement and business process re-engineering coordinator and upgrade the systems through  innovative solutions/ideas and technological advancement,  standardization of the process. 10) Analyze and study best ordering cycle processes and  train the vendors for improvement. 11) Implement electronic localization process and improve  monitoring system of Parts localization process.
